HOW DO I USE AFTERPAY?
Shop Rubyyaya.com as usual — just choose "Afterpay" as your payment method at checkout, register with Afterpay and provide payment details. If you have used Afterpay previously, just log in to your Afterpay account and complete your order.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED IF I USE AFTERPAY?
Like any Rubyyaya order, Afterpay orders are delivered within our standard shipping timeframes.
HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED WITH AFTERPAY?
You can return any full price item purchased online within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags attached. Our 30-day exchange or return policy are for any new, unworn and unwashed items, found in their original packaging. The shipping cost will be borne by the purchaser unless a fault has occurred with the item to which we will evaluate through our loving customer care service. To make a return, exchange or credit please return items with the original invoice to: RUBYYAYA ONLINE P.O. BOX 3537 SOUTH BRISBANE QLD 4101. The refund will be transferred back through the chosen payment method or a store credit will be emailed to you.
